Where do you print your artworks?
All my products are printed in Europe. The risographs were printed by Studio Fidèle in Paris, France. The digital printed products are manufactured by Pixartprinting in Italy.
When will my parcel arrive?
It might take up to 14 business days for me to prepare your order. Shipping time depends on your location, for France it is usually between 3 to 5 delivery days, and it might go up to 10 delivery days for international orders.

My order is damaged, what should I do?
Send me an email with pictures of the damages. I’ll be glad to help you out, and send you a replacement if the product is still in stock.
Will I have to pay custom fees on my order?
If you order outside of France or outside of the European Union, then yes, you might have to pay custom fees. Unfortunately, I can’t prevent this from happening, nor estimate them at checkout.
