"Under their watch" | A4 risoprint

"Under their watch" is the first part of an illustrated diptych telling the story of two friends going on an adventure and meeting forest creatures along the way. Who are these shiny, mischievous little cryptids? Spirits? Demons? Ghosts, even?

Escaping into the mountain woods with my closest friend inspired me to create this diptych, as a reminder to seek for the unexpected in my daily life. If you too feel the need to escape the current events and wander into nature, this might be the print for you.

This risograph is printed in two colors (federal blue with metallic gold accents) on Munken Pure Rough 150g, high quality paper. This series was printed in 100 limited copies, each signed and numbered. Product size is A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), the frame is not included in your order.

Risograph printing is a semi-artisanal process allowing saturated colors and unique textures, with a small environmental footprint. The inks are vegetable oil based, allowing them to dry without chemicals or heat. Due to this process, each print is different, as the ink coverage varies from one to another. This is what makes it unique and amazing!
